Being active is healthy, makes you feel good and keeps you fit both physically and mentally. For children and youths especially, activities and sports are an important counterweight to the time spent sitting in school or at vocational training institutions as well as to the increasing amount of time spent using smartphones, TVs and computers. This holds true especially for outdoor sports and activities.
In the summer, our youth camps promote the athletic talents of your kids in tennis or football while satisfying their natural urge to move and be active. Our camps provide an attractive and meaningful way for your kids to spend their summer. Plus, time spent playing video games or surfing the web is reduced automatically.
Our pedagogically experienced trainers will adapt the programme individually to the level and desires of each small group. Aside from sports and fitness, our main goal is: activity, fun and having a good time!
